The curriculum includes stress-induced training to develop composure, timing, and decision-making under pressure mirroring the training environments of top international wrestlers, including Dagestani and Azerbaijani systems known for their dominance in world competition. Led by Professor Roger Mamedov born in Azerbaijan and raised in the wrestling-rich Caucasus tradition this class reflects decades of authentic training in Judo, wrestling, and MMA. Students will build explosiveness, resilience, tactical intelligence, and the ability to seamlessly connect takedown chains in real time.
